Sometimes you've got a project on the line that calls for a lot of clamps, but doesn't require a lot of clamp pressure. This guitar is a great example. It's important that the lining strips are held uniformly against the inside face of the sides, and it doesn't take much oomph to secure them. Clothespins are the perfect clamp solution. They're inexpensive, so there's not much investment involved in getting 100 of them in your shop. Without them, on a project that needs lots of clamps, you might be hung out to dry.
